In the case of Brooklyn couple Rachel and Michael, they create Maptote, a line of products decorated with maps of locales both domestic and exotic. Inspired by a trip abroad, Maptote started in 2006 after the couple designed their first tote bag with a map of Brooklyn on it. Still located in Brooklyn, NY all of the products are made in the USA.
