In store + Online Return Policy
We offer exchange or store credit only (no refunds) within 14 days of purchase. You must have a receipt or order number. In the event that the receipt is lost, we can usually verify the date of purchase if paid via credit card. All exchanges much be returned in their original condition: clothing must be unworn with tags attached to the garment, jewelry cannot show any sign of wear, discoloration or scratches. Beauty products that have been opened or used cannot be returned. Masks are final sale.
Please note: Many of our products are one of a kind and/or small batch and we cannot guarantee that alternate sizing will be available. In this case, you will receive store credit to use for a future purchase.
If you are not in the Boston area, you can exchange via mail, however, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please email email@example.com before shipping any returns.
