Have you ever looked at photos of charcuterie and felt like making them for your next get together event? Have you felt like you did not know where to start? What if I told you that you can now learn how as I will be there to guide you.

This workshop starts with the basics of cutting cheese, fruit and meat and works up on the elegant details to the design. My session is sure to leave you confident with the skills to make your own charcuterie boards from scratch. It will include a demo and teaching for the first 1 hour. Next you will then create your own charcuterie box to take home.

This is a hands-on interactive workshop, and we will be using the most common and favorite ingredients such as fine cheeses, fresh fruits, and delicious meats to make the perfect charcuterie box. 

All food ingredients will be provided. Please let us know ahead of time if you have any allergies. Drinks are BYOB! Attendees are welcome to shop at Wyllo if they wish - all attendees get 10% off any purchases made during the evening. 

About the instructor: 

Alecia Huynh is the founder of Bouquet Appétit which specializes in designing unique fruit carving, charcuterie board, floral arrangement, and grazing table. She loves carving fruits in her free time such as watermelons, cantaloupes, mangoes as a therapeutic outlet. It allows her mind to relax and find inner peace. She wants to bring the full experience and share her journey with others!
